Robert L. Endress    1934 - 2019

Robert "Bob" L. Endress, age 85, of Geneva, passed away September 7, 2019 at Saybrook Landing.  Born May 4, 1934 in Sylacauga, Alabama to Theodore and Maggilina (Stockdale) Endress.  Robert worked at Ashta Chemicals for 20 years retiring in 2003. 

Bob served in the US Army and was Commander of American Legion George Call Post 124 and a Life Member of Geneva VFW Post 6846.  He was a Seam Squirrel of the Cooties and a member of Geneva First United Methodist Church.

Bob started the girls basketball team in Geneva and was a baseball coach for Geneva Little League.   Bob was a fan of the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns..  He enjoyed camping, motorcycling and loved his dogs dearly.

Survivors:  Wife:  Bev Endress;  Children:  Elinor "Ellie" J (Wayne) Lomas of Geneva on the Lake;  Doreen "Dee" (Virge) Endress of Connecticut;  Grandchildren:  Beverly (Tim) Maruna; Wayne (Amy) Lomas, Jr; Mat (Cara) Lomas; Taylor (Allison) Tucker;  Great Grandchildren:  Daren Maruna; Carley (Jordan) Barrett; Braden Maruna; Alayna Lomas; Mason Lomas;  Sister:  Elinor (Carl) Richmond of Lady Lake, Florida.

Preceded by:  Sons:  William J. Endress; Jimmy S. Endress and Bobby L. Endress, Jr;  Brothers:  Ted, Bill and Dave;  Parents

Calling Hours will be Wednesday September 11, 2019 at Walker Funeral Home from 11:00 - 1:00 PM.  Funeral Service will follow with Reverend Randy May of the Geneva First United Methodist Church officiating.   Burial will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorials to be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve 1166 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio  44004 or the Ashtabula County APL  5970 Green Road, Ashtabula, Ohio  44004.
